3:4 portrait
The 1080×1440 canvas gives editorial layouts useful height for a headline, supporting copy, and a visual element.
Organic document specifications
There is no single mandatory LinkedIn carousel post size for organic documents. Carouslide supports consistent 1:1, 4:5, and 3:4 canvases and exports the pages as one PDF.
Quick reference
The first three rows are Carouslide design canvases. The document rows are current limits published by LinkedIn for organic document uploads.

Canvas choice
The 1080×1440 canvas gives editorial layouts useful height for a headline, supporting copy, and a visual element.
A 1080×1350 canvas is another practical social design convention. It is a recommendation, not an official organic-document requirement.
A 1080×1080 page can suit diagrams, short lists, and assets that need to be reused in square placements.
Document preparation
A carousel can meet every technical limit and still be hard to read. The document should preserve the page order, visual rhythm, and type hierarchy you approved in the editor.
PNG and PDF
PNG is useful for preserving each designed page. For an organic LinkedIn document carousel, those pages need to be placed into one supported multi-page file. PDF is usually the clearest handoff because it keeps page order and presentation together.
Do not confuse this with uploading several images as a standard multi-image post. The preparation and viewing behavior are different.
